If you sent us photos and entered OLCV’s Photo Contest already, thank you! We received an incredible 385 photos from all over the state featuring Oregon’s many natural wonders and diverse communities.

Below is one that we got last week from Kathleen Worley, who sent in a photo of a Trailkeepers of Oregon group as “an example of the spirit of survival and renewal - the trees that made it through the Gorge fire, the people who volunteer their time and skill so that trails can be reopened as green ferns find their way through the ashes.”

The last day to enter the photo contest is August 31st, so if you haven’t yet, you have until tomorrow to send up to three photos to [email protected] with “Photo Contest” in the subject line. The winners will be announced in early September.
