Tonight on the debate stage, I’ll be up against not one, but two billionaires. But when I’m up there, I’ll make it clear to the country that if you reject the idea that we need to choose between a revolution or the status quo, there’s a place for you on this campaign. 

We cannot afford to go up against this president with the same old Washington playbook. And we cannot afford to alienate half the country. 

There is an American majority ready to come together. And right now, we have a responsibility to galvanize not polarize that majority. 

We need to create a new sense of belonging that moves us out of this toxic and polarizing political environment in order to tackle our country’s most dire problems.
