two women working in climate victory garden

Dear Friend,

August is the month when you're rewarded for your gardening efforts.

In Michigan, blueberries, beets, and cabbage are ready to harvest. In Utah, apples, beans, nectarines, and tomatoes are in full swing. With the extreme weather we've experienced all over the world, the harvesting window for different crops may vary vastly. We've heard from Climate Victory Gardeners all over the country who have reported poor tomato crops this year.

What has your tomato crop been like this year?

Haven't planted yet?  There's still time to plant greens, garlic, and many perennials.

And you can get out and visit your local farmers' market to experience the plethora the season has to offer!

Climate Victory Gardens now has its very own Instagram. We're looking forward to connecting with you and our partners!
