THEN: The National Republican Congressional Committee named Matt one of their top targets. As one of five Democrats who won in a district Trump carried last year, they think Matt’s seat is one of their best chances to expand their slim House majority.

NOW: National Republicans are ramping up their effort to flip PA-08 red, the NRCC is already flooding our district with billboards and attack ads, and Politico is reporting that multiple self funding Republicans are considering challenging Matt.
