Dear Neighbor,
It was a busy weekend in CA-38!
As I get ready to head back to Washington, I wanted to send along this note to say it was great seeing so many of you this weekend!
First, as always, it was a pleasure to join local chambers of commerce, city officials, small business owners, and community leaders at our annual State of the Nation. A constant line of communication between my office and business leaders is so important. That is why I am so grateful for this event every year.
It was great to join you all to talk about the issues we face locally, what we can do to address those issues here at home, and what can be done in Washington to support our local economy.
Thank you for hosting me and thank you for my beautiful flowers!
On Saturday, I held one of my “Coffee with the Congresswoman” events in La Habra. It was a great opportunity to sit down and discuss the issues that are important to you and your families.
Thank you to everyone who joined and chatted with me. Hearing from you is one of the best parts of my job!
As always, I want you to know that my office is a resource for you. If you have questions or concerns about a government agency – including issues related to passports, visas, and veterans’ benefits – please do not hesitate to call my office in Whittier at (562) 860-5050.
Sincerely,
Linda T. Sánchez
Member of Congress
