This has been a summer of record-breaking heat waves – from July being declared the hottest month on record to even more records being hit in cities across the country.

Since starting Clean Energy Democrats earlier this month, we have seen so many people step up and join us to fight for leadership in Congress ready to take immediate action regarding this climate crisis.

Now, as we approach the end of summer, we are facing our first-ever end-of-month deadline and have set a goal of raising $5,000. These goals are important because they ensure we have adequate resources to support pro-climate candidates across the country. Will you stand with us ahead of our August deadline today?

Every day across the globe, vulnerable communities are struggling from extreme heat waves, wildfires, rising sea levels, melting ice caps, and so much more. But while Republicans in Congress refuse to take any immediate action – this is not something we can ignore.
