The US accounts for 4% of the world’s population, but Americans are 25 times more likely to be killed by a gun than those in other Western countries, and represent 35% of global firearm suicides.

It doesn’t have to be this way, friend – we know the policies and strategies that prevent gun violence. We only have to act. 

But while Democrats have been pushing to expand gun reforms for decades, our colleagues across the aisle have refused to budge. The reality is that without Democratic control of the House and the Senate, and a Democrat in the White House, we cannot pass federal legislation that will protect Americans.

We can’t go another 2, 4, 6, or 8 years without aggressive gun reform. And we need you to help ensure we elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2024 to make that happen.

I can’t stomach another day of this. Can you?
