Hi
John,
The harsh reality is that navigating the United States healthcare system as a patient is difficult and expensive, especially for those who don’t have medical coverage. But even with insurance, patients pay sky-high prices for prescription drugs and medically necessary devices, such as compression garments for lymphedema.
That’s why it’s so important to tell your Senators to vote YES on the Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R. 3). ([link removed])

Three in ten people in the United States say they haven’t taken medication as prescribed because of cost. Patients who can’t afford doctor-recommended medicines and devices are at risk for a myriad of health complications and worse health outcomes.
The Lower Drug Costs Now Act prioritizes people’s health over corporate profits by allowing the government to negotiate drug prices, capping patient out-of-pocket expense for prescription drugs, and providing Medicare coverage for medically necessary supplies to treat lymphedema, a common and painful side effect of breast cancer treatment.
Join us in support of this important bill! Contact your Senators using our easy tool and urge them to vote YES on the Lower Drug Costs Now Act. ([link removed])
In Solidarity,
Connie Mattheissen
