Hey there, it's Ruben Gallego's campaign again.

We had to make a pretty difficult decision earlier today, and we thought you should know about it.

We're at the point of the race where we expect Kari Lake to jump in any day. And when we look back at the last Senate race in Arizona, this is also around the time Republicans started running outside expenditure ads to weaken Mark Kelly even though they didn't have a nominee yet.

We have to be ready for that, and, without saying too much, there are a number of investments we have to make in order to be prepared. Because getting caught off guard and letting Republicans effectively define Ruben would be trouble.

The money wasn't in the budget, but Ruben gave the green light, even though we are short of our goals ahead of our deadline. A deadline that ends tomorrow.

Ruben was banking on the fact that if we told you this, and if we asked, you would help fill the gap. And we're really hoping you can. For Ruben. And for everyone who knows we must replace Kyrsten Sinema and beat Kari Lake.

Can you please make a contribution to Ruben Gallego's campaign for Senate today? Every donation will help fill the budget gap we created ahead of tomorrow's fundraising deadline.

Like we said, this was not an easy decision. But if there’s one thing that sets our campaign apart from all the others in this race, it’s the fact that we’re funded by people like you, doing what you can, when you can.

Thanks for chipping in today if you can afford it.

All our best,

Ruben Gallego for Senate in Arizona
