I have spent my entire career in service to our country. I respect the institutions that protect us, and I will do whatever it takes to protect our servicemembers. Unfortunately, Senator Tuberville has blocked more than 300 military confirmations, threatening our military readiness for a political stunt. Even worse, he doesn’t care about his actions' repercussions.

We cannot continue to let individuals with little respect for our military, national security, and institutions endanger our servicemembers. We need leaders who want to protect our national interests, not jeopardize them. We need accountability.
