Friend,

Countless dogs around the world have survived the most desperate circumstances, from natural disasters to dog meat farms, and now they could be denied the happy homes they so rightly deserve.

If a new rule by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention goes into effect, dogs rescued by international rescue groups could be denied entry into the United States. Donate $20 now to help us fight back against the CDC’s proposed rule before it’s too late and help safeguard the lives of dogs and all at-risk animals. ([link removed])

The CDC’s proposed rule is meant to protect U.S. dogs and families from rabies, but because it greatly expands regulations and does not distinguish between commercially imported dogs, and privately owned dogs and dogs being transported by rescues for adoption; many dogs in desperate and life-threatening situations could be denied entry into the U.S.

We can’t leave the fate of these animals to chance. We are working hard to pressure the CDC to amend the rule in order to maintain the capacity of international rescue organizations to save animals’ lives and rehome dogs in the U.S., but we need your support. Help us in our fight to oppose the CDC’s new rule and protect all at-risk and suffering animals with your support now. ([link removed])

Thank you,
