Dear John,
When Netflix announced they were releasing “The First Temptation of Christ” on their platform, we began to fight tirelessly against this so-called “Christmas” film which depicts Jesus Christ as a homosexual, His disciples as alcoholics and unruly, and the Blessed Mother as a sexual deviant. Along the way, we’ve created quite a stir. Our members helped us collect over 1.5 million signatures that were delivered to the desk of Netflix’s CEO Reed Hastings, send emails on the behalf of petition signers, create a firestorm on Twitter, and organize countless calls to corporate headquarters. It’s left many wondering... what's left for us to accomplish? The truth is, to represent your voice, much more. Please watch and share our video explaining the next steps of our campaign and what it will take to win!

This petition to Netflix, with over 1.5 million signatures, has been our largest petition in CitizenGO history. For this reason, the entire CitizenGO team feels obligated to go above and beyond to make sure your voice and the voices of those who signed the petition with you are represented. It does not escape us that in a season that was meant to celebrate our Savior Jesus Christ, Netflix’s action left millions around the world feeling humiliated. In fact, they thought the film was funny. We owe it to each and every person who signed the petition to not stop until we accomplish this campaign’s only remaining goal -- to win! Please take a moment to watch and share our video explaining the next steps of our campaign and what it will take to win!

Throughout this campaign, there is one point I can’t reiterate enough. Netflix runs off of a membership-driven business model. They see me, you, and every person on earth as a potential customer. We’re dollar signs to them. Using your voice to protest this blasphemous film is not going unnoticed. We're counting on you to help us apply pressure like never before. We can’t stop now.
Thank you, Gregory Mertz and the entire CitizenGO Team P.S. If you have not yet signed the petition to Netflix, it’s not too late. Please sign here. citizengo.org/en-us/rf/175940-ask-netflix-cancel-film-depicting-jesus-homosexual
