John – Here at Washington Conservation Action, we have an important date marked on our calendar:

• November 7: Washington’s General Election!

That’s why our whole team is working hard to ramp up community outreach efforts, hone in on the most pressing conservation targets, support our list of endorsed candidates, and elect environmental champions up and down the ballot.  

But all of that work depends on sustained support from folks like you. We’re opening our Summer Membership one last time before the season ends – but only until midnight on Thursday. Can you make a donation of $5 right away and have your gift matched?

Who we elect matters. From the city council positions open this year, to the statewide offices up for election in 2024, our vote is a powerful tool to fight back against anti-environmental interests. 

November’s results will impact decisions on everything from climate action to banning fossil fuel infrastructure to reducing stormwater pollution and keeping sewage out of our waters. 

Washington Conservation Action has experience winning these tough local races, but to be successful we need a united, supportive membership behind us.
