Hear me out:

I first ran for Congress to ensure that women’s stories were being heard in the halls of power.

But when I first arrived at the Capitol 10 years ago, security would sometimes stop me and say: ”Spouses aren’t allowed on the House floor.”

Today, there are 94 women in the Democratic House Caucus alone -- more than at any time in HISTORY.

That's just what Democrats do: Make history.

In 2022, we passed the first major federal gun violence prevention bill in 30 years into law. A few months later, we secured the single largest investment to tackle climate change in American history.

But we have to work hard to keep this historic momentum going -- House Republicans continue to claw at every opportunity to undo our hard work and bring our nation backward.

As long as they hold the reins, they’ll stop at nothing to fully dismantle the progress President Biden and our Democratic Caucus have made thus far.
