So, what's the strategy?

A Targeted Approach: Identify which local offices are on the ballot, how to file, when to file, and all the important info a prospective candidate needs to know.

Recruit Candidates: Work with the national, state, and local Democratic parties to reach out to their members and communities of interest and encourage them to run. We invite prospective candidates to meet local party leaders, connect them with coaches and training resources, and help them file for office.

Long-term Organizing: Provide local organizers and county parties with unlimited volunteer recruitment, training, and small grants for completing organizing goals. Continually invest in long-term rural organizing capacity.

This strategy works. Since 2018, we've moved the needle!
