Project description: Dougherty Properties LLC is seeking approval for the installation of an additional 88 full hookup RV sites on a portion of the Wealthwood RV Resort property that was previously the front nine holes of the Wealthwood Estate Golf Course. Wealthwood RV Resort will manage and operate the additional RV lots.

Project description: Enclave is proposing the redevelopment of the former Macy's Furniture Store site into 300,000 square feet of office/mixed use space and 460 multi-family residential units. The site is located on approximately eight acres on the east side of France Avenue north of Gallagher Drive in Edina, MN.

Project description: The proposed project is a comprehensive renovation and addition to the State Office Building. The scope includes but is not limited to addressing accessibility, infrastructure, function, building envelope, and building systems including health, life safety, and security systems to meet current local and State building codes, standards, workplace needs, and public access and accommodation needs.

These reports were received via the Minnesota Duty Officer prior to the submission deadline for this edition of the EQB Monitor. They represent the raw data/information provided by callers. Submit a notice to the EQB Monitor
The EQB Monitor is a weekly publication announcing environmental review documents, public comment periods and other actions of the Environmental Quality Board. The EQB Monitor is published every Tuesday at noon. Submissions to the EQB Monitor are due by 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday one week prior to the intended publication date.
