End Two-Tier Wage Systems & Restore COLA: Equal pay for equal work. A fair contract for UAW members means the total elimination of tiers at the Big Three. CEOs raking in million-dollar salaries while workers are denied benefits and thriving wages won’t be tolerated anymore.

Job Security & Just Transition to EVs: Workers who are helping to build a cleaner energy future for us all deserve thriving wages, safety, and decision-making power in their workplace.

Retirement Security: All workers deserve the retirement security UAW members previously had for generations. Re-establish retiree medical benefits, increase retiree pay, and define benefit pensions for all workers.

More time off: UAW members work 60, 70, even 80 hours a week just to make ends meet. Instead of threatening job security and replacing workers, advancements like automation should make workers' lives easier. More time with family, fewer hours with thriving wages, and opportunities for career advancement should be the reality for all UAW members.
