Dear John,
Is there an emerging Covid Scheme to reintroduce Vaxx, Mask, and Lockdown mandates? Mainstream media is promoting fear of a “new strain” in full force, driven by governmental and pharmaceutical influencers.
Last year we provided a 50-State Guide on Covid Mandates and helped pass 34 bills to better secure your freedoms from mandates.
We helped pass 7 bills since our last report.

2020 State Covid-19 Lock Down Orders
|
86% of states infringed on our Constitutional ‘Freedom of Movement’ and will do so again unless we stop them.
8 states honored the US Constitution and did not issue a statewide emergency lock down order including AR, IA, NE, ND, OK, SD, UT, and WY.
43 remaining states issued lockdown orders that averaged 47 days. All states were locked down, at minimum, for one month.
7 states including HI, IL, MI, NH, OH, VA, and WI experienced the longest lock down orders ranging from 60-80 days!
The first states to lift lockdown orders were Alaska (4/21) and Montana (4/24) followed by FL, ID, TN, TX, GA, and AL, who all lifted lockdowns on April 30th.

Vaccine Mandate and Passport Ban on State Government, Public Transportation, and Education
|
16 states including AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, MO, MT, *ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, and TX prohibit vaccine mandates and passports to enter any government funded public buildings. Unfortunately, none of these states extended this prohibition to state colleges and universities. *ND excluded all health care facilities.
6 states including AL, AZ, FL, MT, ND, and SC also include a vaccine mandate and passport ban in private businesses. Residents will decide the fate of local businesses that might choose to impose proof of vaccination and/or immunity.
Ohio State only passed ban on vaccine mandates for all grade school, college, and university students.
Jabs for Jobs Sadly Could Return in 34 States! In the Private Sector, 44 states are facing possible vaxx discrimination.
States Promoting Digital Vaxx Passports and Allowing discretionary mandates in government and private sectors include CA, IL, NY, and OR.
Washington State mandates vaccine passports for entry to indoor events exceeding 1,000 attendees ages 12+ and outdoor events exceeding 10,000 attendees ages 12+ which is still in effect.

School Faculty Vaxx Mandate Ban
|
In 2022-2023 we helped pass laws in 3 states including ID, MO, and NH and lifted mandates in ten states!
17 States including AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MI, MS, MO, MT, NH, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, and WV.
Washington D.C. is enforcing a vaxx mandate.

Student and Faculty Mask Mandates; Government and Private Sector.
|
Regardless of whether you live in a red or blue state, most states have little to no protection for masking and muzzling students, school faculty, employees, and private citizens.
There are currently no mask mandates anywhere in the country, except for health-related practices, which are either state mandated or discretionary.
9 states banned mask mandates including AZ, FL, GA, IA, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, and VA.
Private citizens and employees suffered mask mandates in all 50 states!
Department of Health Jurisdiction
14 states allowed student mask mandates. Your Mayor and City Council should be called upon to ban mask mandates, or allow parental opt-out. These states included CO, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MT, NM, OK, OR, PA, RI, WA, and WI.
Department of Education Jurisdiction
21 states allowed student mask mandates. Your School Superintendent and local School Board should be called upon to ban mask mandates. These states included AL, AK, AR, CA, CT, DE, GA, ID, IA, KY, MD, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, SC, SD, TN, WV, and WY.
