Matt Dolan barnstorms in SE Ohio, highlights strong policy focus and expanded support from
Ohio Law Enforcement.

• On Friday, Matt Dolan attended the Southeast Ohio regional meeting of the Buckeye Sheriffs’ Association.
  
  
• During the meeting, which took place on a boat cruise hosted by Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks, the group discussed issues vital to building a safer Ohio, particularly the crisis at the southern border.
  
  
• Sheriff Mincks is one of 19 sheriffs throughout Ohio who have endorsed Dolan’s campaign for US Senate. “Throughout his years in public service, Matt Dolan has always remained steadfast in his support for law enforcement,” Mincks said.

• Jimmy and Dee Haslam, owners of the Cleveland Browns and Columbus Crew, have announced they will serve as statewide finance chairs for Dolan’s campaign.

• In a personal letter to Republicans throughout Ohio, the Haslams “noted that Matt’s policy experience and past electoral performance make him the Republican most likely to win the primary and defeat Sherrod Brown in the general election.”
  
  
• “Where others have sacrificed their electability by catering to conspiracies, Matt has maintained his focus on solutions to reduce inflation, increase border security, enhance U.S. competition with China and protect Ohio families and businesses,” the letter continued.
  
  
• Finally, the Haslams emphasized the importance of the 2024 election: “It’s a time for choosing,” and we are “confident that Matt’s principles, policy success and worth ethic will deliver results for Ohio and a victory for our Party in 2024.”
