Friend, What’d you think when you saw Trump’s mugshot? Disgusted? Horrified at the thug-like grimace from our former President? Count us in for both. But here’s the tragic fact: that mugshot raised $7 million for him from his MAGA supporters. That’s $7 million more going to paying his lawyers and boosting his extremist message in the lead-up to the 2024 election. Any normal American sees the mugshot as a sign of a failed authoritarian president. But for the MAGA army, it’s a rallying call to donate to the Dear Leader (count “self-funded billionaire” as just another lie Trump told his supporters). The pro-democracy movement needs to respond. Can you pitch in $7 to match the $7 million raised by Trump?
