Friends,

As I've traveled throughout our district this past year - holding over 60 town halls - I've heard too many stories from constituents about the sacrifices they make to afford their prescription drugs.

While I've heard so many of these stories in person, I want to give those of you I haven't met yet the opportunity to share.

Do you or someone in your immediate family regularly take prescription drugs for an illness or other ailment?

When filling a prescription for these medications, would you say that you are concerned about their price?

Have you or someone in your family had to do any of the following to afford prescription drugs? (Check all that apply.)

If you answered yes on any of these previous questions, was the person using the prescription medication over the age of 65?

Does your health insurance help cover the cost of these medications?

Do you have a story or any other information about the cost of prescription drugs that you would like to share?

I value every chance I get to bring the voices of Iowa's Third District to the conversations happening in Washington. Your story will help me continue to fight for solutions to lower drug costs for Iowans.

Thank you,
Cindy
