Will has been on-the-go a lot these past few days because he has an important end–of-month fundraising deadline coming up. So I thought I’d give his team a break by sending a quick fundraising email to help out.

When Will told me he was going to run for Congress again, I wasn’t sure what to think. Campaigns are expensive, time-consuming, and his opponents dragging his name through the mud isn’t something I love to see.

But after seeing Ken Calvert repeatedly attack the LGBTQ+ community -- at a time when we’re facing intensifying threats -- I knew Will couldn’t sit this out. The way I see it, he has a duty to win this seat, and I couldn't be prouder of how he’s responded.

I’ve always believed in Will, and yes, politics can get nasty. But after seeing the outpouring of support behind his campaign, I’m even more confident he can do this. And the fact is, winning means we all need to rally during the big moments -- like this deadline we’re facing this week.
