Friend,

Utah Democrats are making the most of an unlikely opportunity to flip a Republican Congressional district before 2024, but they need your help.

A few weeks ago, we introduced you to Utah’s Democratic candidate for the special congressional election in UT-02, Kathleen Riebe. Kathleen is a teacher who only got involved in local politics to better advocate for her students, school, and community. And in deep-red Utah, she has united Democratic support to win the nomination at the convention and skip a costly primary. That means that every dollar she raises will go towards defeating the Republicans and replacing a 147 sympathizer with a pro-constitution, pro-democracy Democrat.

But with all eyes on the Trump indictments, Riebe needs to catch up fundraising-wise. While the top three Republicans have raised $145k, $170k, and $235k, Kathleen only has just under $100k at her disposal. That’s why we’re asking the Operation 147 Community to rally to her support and take advantage of this rare opportunity to elect a Democrat in deep-red Utah.
