Happy Monday, john! My finance team and I had a quick call this morning, and they let me know that we’re falling a little bit short of our fundraising goal for August.

Summer months can be tricky for fundraising — people are logging off and spending time with their loved ones (rightfully so!).

But that means our fundraising has taken a bit of a hit — we’re $2,892 short of where we want to be by the end of the month.

It’s crucial that we meet every one of our goals so we can keep up the fight to protect our fragile Democratic majority.

With so many competitive races on the ballot next year, we have our work cut out for us — but this grassroots team always comes through.
