Hilary Franz knows we can solve Washington's greatest challenges by working together.

As commissioner of public lands, Hilary worked to ensure the Department of Natural Resources was a partner for innovative solutions. She saw that housing, the economy, the environment, and so much more can all work hand in hand.

To address some of our greatest concerns, Hilary opened up public lands to build affordable public housing, generated hundreds of millions of dollars for schools and public service, and leased public land to create the largest solar plant in our state's history.
