Folks,

August marks the one year anniversary of Senator Warner helping secure the release of nearly 4,000 beagles from an abusive, exploitative breeding facility in Cumberland.

Now a year later, many of the beagles are thriving in their new homes. Two of them actually participated in the annual Puppy Bowl during the Super Bowl halftime, with one of the beagles playing on the winning team.

Mark is a dog dad himself – and he has earned top ratings from animal rights organizations for his work to protect animals across the Commonwealth.

Senator Warner helped make many Virginia families’ dreams come true by helping free these beagles and find them loving homes. But that’s not all that he’s doing for VA families – he’s hard at work in the Senate fighting for affordable health care, creating jobs, expanding education, and building an economy that works for everyone.
