Hi John,

I wanted to take a second this morning to let you know where we stand as we near the end of the month.

The good news: I’m seeing a lot of folks opening our emails, reading our messages, taking our surveys and responding to our petitions. Thank you for engaging with us, every action truly makes an impact on the success of our campaign!

The not-so-good news: Far fewer folks tend to donate to our emails, which I completely understand. A $10 or $50 donation may not be within your budget right now, and that’s okay! Also, I certainly don’t expect you to donate every time we ask. Just opening our emails shows that you’re keeping up with our progress and know when we may need your support the most.  

What I am hoping for is a concerted team effort from our team. As a grassroots-led campaign, each donation, when added to the donations from so many other folks, truly makes all the difference.

That’s why, instead of setting a monetary goal, we’re looking to add at least 455 donations by Thursday. John, will you send in one of these donations today? I'd be just as thrilled if you hit the $1 button as I would be if you hit the $100 button below >>>
