Rows of veggies on farms. Your neighbor’s front lawn. The food you eat. A glass of water from the tap.
You may be wondering: what do these things have in common? Well, these are just a few places you might be able to find harmful pesticides like neonicotinoids. Neonics are killing off alarming numbers of bees. And they can harm people, too. But the EPA might still approve them for another 15 years. 15 more years of neonics would drive vulnerable bees closer to the brink of extinction. Donate $27 today and help protect vulnerable bees and the planet!
Neonics have horrifying impacts. They can kill bees on contact after subjecting them to uncontrollable shaking and paralysis. Even if a bee survives, neonics can impact their immune system, navigation, memory, and reproduction. But the harm doesn’t stop with bees. Neonics can impact people, too. From hormone disruption to birth defects of the heart and brain, the potential effects are serious.
Big Ag has our food system hooked on these toxic pesticides. And the United States EPA could give them a free pass by approving these pesticides for another 15 years. But here’s the deal: neonics are wreaking havoc on bees, people, and the planet. That’s why I’m reaching out to you today, Friend. We can still push the EPA to ban neonics before it’s too late. But we’re up against some powerful corporations. We can’t make a difference without your help. Will you join us in the fight for the future of our planet today?
We can’t wait 15 more years to ban bee-killing neonics. Help protect bees and the planet and rush your $27 donation today!

It’s no secret that we need pollinators for a healthy planet. Without them, some of your favorite nuts, fruits, and veggies could become rarities. Tens of thousands of plant species could die. The disappearance of pollinators would have dire impacts on many ecosystems.
That’s why it’s so disturbing to see the dramatic pollinator declines we’re seeing. In the past few decades alone, 87% of Rusty-Patched bumblebees, 89% of American bumblebees, and 93% of Western bumblebees have disappeared. American bumblebees have disappeared in several states!
And neonics are a key player driving this crisis. They’re the most widely used insecticides in the world. Even the seeds of our major crops, like corn and soy, are coated with neonics. As a result, acres of our farm fields are toxic to bees. And the pesticides can’t be washed off the food you eat since they’re in the food itself.
Neonics can have serious health impacts for people. They’ve been linked to hormone disruption and autism. But still, chemical companies are contaminating our ecosystems with them for the sake of profits. And we’re seeing the impacts. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about half the U.S. population is exposed to at least one type of neonicotinoid on a regular basis. And the greatest exposures were seen with children just three to five years old!
It's clear that greedy corporations are content to put profit over our planet. If we don’t take action now, there could be devastating consequences for our food system, pollinators, and people.
Don’t let Big Ag poison pollinators, people, and the planet. Donate $27 now to fight back and help create a future for our only Earth.

We’re already paying the price, Friend. The decline in bees and other pollinators has already harmed global fruit, vegetable, and nut production. Without access to these vital crops and a healthy diet, people could be at higher risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and even cancer, according to a recent study.
We can’t afford to stand aside and let the pesticide industry wreak havoc on our food system. Especially when we’re already seeing disastrous consequences for pollinators, people and our planet. That’s why Friends of the Earth is fighting to hold the pesticide industry accountable. We’re working to transform our farming system so we can protect bees, other precious pollinators, and our planet before it’s too late to make a difference.
Now, the EPA has the chance to ban bee-toxic neonics. But chemical companies have a powerful lobby fighting to keep control of our food system. They’re spending MILLIONS on massive misinformation campaigns to deceive farmers and consumers and suppress the urgent bee-saving solutions we need.
There’s still time to stop these deadly plans. But truthfully, we won’t stand a chance against Big Ag and greedy corporations without support from environmentalists like you. Your membership support today will help fuel our efforts to get toxic pesticides out of our food system and to fight for a future for the planet we call home. Please, be part of the solution that helps us work to protect bees and other pollinators and save our only Earth: Make your $27 membership contribution today!
