I was honored to be presented with the President’s Award by the South Carolina Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics earlier this month.


My speech at the SCAAP conference.
This award serves as a reminder of how our organization started: We launched our PAC because every day in the hospital, I saw too many preventable tragedies.

Families who could not cover the cost of treatment, unintentional gun shot wounds, suicide attempts by kids who are attacked by their elected officials because of who they are… those are the experiences that led to Their Future PAC.
