First: Mondaire Jones announced he’s running for Congress to flip NY-17 and finish the work he started to lower costs for working people, fight climate change, and save our democracy.

Then: The Cook Political Report called the race for NY-17 a true “toss-up,” and a Kevin McCarthy-backed super PAC announced it plans to spend millions to hold onto this seat.

Now: We have a $70,000 end-of-month fundraising goal we need to hit to make sure Mondaire has the resources to take on Kevin McCarthy’s PAC and the GOP machine. Chip in $5 to get our fundraising numbers back on track to send Mondaire back to Congress and back to work.
