National Association of Realtors president faces sexual harassment allegations
Twenty-nine former employees and leaders of NAR, the largest trade association in the US, accused Kenny Parcell of creating a “culture of fear" and told reporters that years of formal complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination filed against the president did little to change the culture of the organization. Many of these claims have come to light in recent weeks following a lawsuit, alleging racial and sexual discrimination, filed by a former employee who had a relationship with Parcell.
