This week - in addition to hosting the debate - the Republican National Committee (RNC) held their Summer Meetings in Milwaukee. I attended as your State Chairman.

During this gathering of every State Chairman, National Committeeman & National Committeewomen (3 RNC Members from every state) we officially named Houston as the host of the 2028 Republican Convention, heard from Governor Ron DeSantis & Vivek Ramaswamy, conducted party business and discussed state party best practices to ensure Republican victory. (Photos below)

We also passed 5 very important resolutions. I have posted information about these resolutions below. All 5 resolutions passed unanimously and they are now official positions of the National Republican Party.

I encourage you to take time to read each resolution (below) and I ask that you forward this email onto your local Republican contacts, candidates and elected officials. Feel free to reply back if you have any feedback about the resolutions or other ideas (I read every reply).

Thank you for being informed & engaged!

RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED BY THE RNC
1) Election Integrity - Resolution Urging "A Return To Excellence" In American Voting And Elections

Reaction From Tyler Bowyer (National Committeeman, Arizona):

This resolution makes it abundantly clear that any Republican aiding democrat election manipulation is not going to be tolerated— and there is now a clear outline of what we do support:
* Having an auditable paper trail
* Supporting hand count procedures to audit votes
* Applauding those who perform hand counts
* Supporting precinct polling
* Opposing vote centers and demanding geographically defined voting and management
* Stopping drop boxes that are only placed in heavily Democrat areas
* Preventing further expansion of early voting that makes Election Day tabulation more complicated and delayed
* Stopping additional confusion with schemes like ranked choice voting
* Requiring IDs and citizenship for voting

2) Protecting Children From Mutilation - Resolution To Protect Children From Unsafe Sex Trait Modification And Experimentation

Reaction From Chris Elston (Known as 'Billboard Chris' who is leading the fight on this issue):

One year ago I was meeting Republicans in Congress and almost none of them wanted to talk publicly about child transition. They just didn’t understand it well enough. We changed that. Now, the entire [Republican] party has adopted a resolution, unequivocally speaking out against this child abuse. This is big. We will continue to get the truth out there, educating one person at a time, never stopping until this abuse stops.

The next step in defeating gender ideology is not a simple matter of educating Democrat politicians. You can’t have a good faith discussion with them. They are liars. They are radicals. They are funded and controlled by extremists. They already know the truth. This is where naive moderate liberals get it wrong. The Democratic Party and the teachers’ unions are all-in on pushing queer theory into every aspect of our society. The next step is to vote them out, to flip school boards to conservative, and to abolish teachers’ unions.

* Declares that Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution also serves to protect our citizens against invasion by cartels engaged in human and drug trafficking and illegal immigration;
