Nikki Haley turned Republican rumble into campaign momentum: Polls

“Haley's ability to hold her own ground while also attacking her opponents earned her a high favorability rating from Wisconsin independents. After the debate, her favorability rating rose to 85%, up from 61% before the debate, according to a poll from Democratic firm Navigator. The same poll also found that 45% of the survey takers named Haley the winner of the debate, followed by 24% for DeSantis.”

Who are we kidding? Nikki Haley won on brains and experience.

“Hands down, Nikki Haley won the first GOP debate. And I don’t say this just because she’s a South Carolinian or because she was the only woman among the fiery pack of primary candidates. She was simply smarter (even smarter than you, Vivek), more sensible and more experienced — and it showed.

While the men onstage argued and hurled invectives — some of them, anyway — Haley was poised, precise and prepared. And I would add brave. It took courage to do what others, with the exception of former New Jersey governor Chris Christie, refused to do: speak truth to Donald Trump’s power.”

Here’s what people are saying about Nikki’s momentum:

Brian Kilmeade, co-anchor, Fox & Friends: I thought Nikki Haley stole the show… She was confident, working it on all sides…

Kayleigh McEnany, co-host, Fox News’ Outnumbered: @NikkiHaley is a strong voice on foreign policy. Today, I told my 3-year-old daughter about the #GOPDebate, and she said "I want the only girl on the stage to win." Nikki is an inspiring woman & it's great to have her on this stage.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, CNN: She showed up like she came to play and actually run against Donald Trump.

Michael Steele, MSNBC: Do you look like someone that the country, at the end of the day, can say, I can see him in the Oval Office? Tonight, the only person who struck that chord for me was Nikki Haley. She was the only one who took risks that none of the others would take… she stepped out in a way that the others did not. And they actually looked smaller in her presence.

Ainsley Earhardt, co-host of Fox & Friends: I thought Nikki Haley just knocked it out of the park.

More About Nikki Haley

[link removed]

My name is Nikki Haley. I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I’m running for President of the United States.
I’m running for President because my parents came to America more than 50 years ago – an America that was strong and proud, and full of opportunities. I want them to know that America again.

I’m running for President as a military spouse. My husband is deployed and I want him and his military brothers and sisters to know their sacrifice means something – that we do love this country.

I’m running for President for the future of our kids. I have a daughter who just got married and I saw how hard it was for her and her husband to buy a home. I’m doing this for my son who’s a senior in college and shouldn’t have to worry about saying things on a paper that he doesn’t believe in just to get an A.

I’m running for my daughter, my son, and our future generations. I want them to experience the freedom and opportunity that the American Dream has to offer.

I’m running for President because we have a country to save!

I’ve seen that even on our worst days, we are blessed to live in America. But I also know that under Biden’s leadership, times are tough, our future is slipping, and America can be doing so much better.

As governor, I was dubbed a “jobs governor” because I slashed our unemployment rate, brought jobs back to our state, and shepherded in a successful economic recovery.

At the UN I fought for America, made sure our allies knew we had their backs, stood up for Israel even when others refused, and stood up to murderers and dictators to let them know that America was taking names.

I know how to make America strong and proud because I’ve done it before. And I’ll do it as your next President.

As President, I’ll revitalize our economy, support small businesses, stop Washington’s spending sprees, protect our border, champion school choice, and save America’s future.
