John,
As Communications Task Force Co-Chair of the Democratic Women’s Caucus, I wanted to take this Women's Equality Day to remind us of the fight ahead.
When the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade last year, Republican legislatures seized this opportunity to restrict women's rights.
From banning birth control and contraceptive medicine to complete abortion bans, we saw Republican extremism take us backward one vote at a time.
We fought back in the 2022 midterms, with women handily defeating the GOP's predicted red wave. Now, we're ready to do it again in 2024 as we elect a pro-choice majority to Congress to restore our reproductive freedom.
So, John, on this Women's Equality Day, will you join me, the Democratic Women's Caucus, and Democrats in Congress to turn the tide of extreme attacks on women's rights by contributing $5 or whatever you can afford today?
