Dear John,
It was a busy week, but I’m back to keep you in the loop on how I am fighting
for our conservative values.
This week, we saw yet another sad day for the rule of law and the equal
application of justice. This weaponization of the legal system is
unprecedented. The deliberate targeting of political opponents is vindictive
and undermines the faith Americans have in our judicial processes.
Whether you tuned into the first Republican presidential debate or President
Trump’s interview with Tucker Carlson, one truth remains abundantly clear:
anyone is a better choice than Joe Biden. From his anti-American energy
policies to his border crisis and economic turmoil, it's clear we need a
change. As we look to 2024, Republicans must channel our frustration into a
united effort to expand our conservative majority in the House, take back the
White House and the Senate. The future of our country hangs in the balance.
I had the opportunity to visit Bob Worth's family farm in the southern part
of the district, where we engaged in a productive discussion about the
Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program (MAWQCP). Farmers
like Bob are the first line of conservation. They are implementing practices to
preserve water quality and natural resources. The collaborative nature of
MAWQCP, involving local experts and various agencies, ensures that farmers
receive the necessary support to make a significant impact. This program not
only benefits our environment but strengthens the marketability of our crops
both domestically and internationally.
