But right now, neither of Donald Trump's federal trials will be televised. A former President committed multiple felonies by recklessly mishandling classified information, and then lying to federal investigators about it. He also engaged in a criminal conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election.

And unless something changes, neither of those trials will be open to the public. I've joined more than 30 of my colleagues in the House in asking the judicial conference to approve televising the federal trials. The American people have a RIGHT to see these trials for themselves.
