Look, John: American democracy is already on a knife’s edge. A Trump 2024 win would be disastrous – but he’s already polling neck-and-neck with Joe Biden!

So now some Democrats are calling on Congress to invoke the 14th Amendment and ban Trump from office →

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prohibits anyone who has violated their oath of office, by engaging in insurrection or aiding in a rebellion, from running for federal office.
