Last weekend, I was honored to attend Region 1 to stand in solidarity with United Auto Workers from across the Midwest. Because The UAW didn’t just build the middle class, they’ve sustained the middle class.

And thanks to them, we owe the strength of our economy in Michigan and nationwide to workers. From the first day I set foot in Congress, I’ve made it clear that Michigan’s workers are my top priority.

That’s why I couldn’t be more proud of my 100% voting record from the AFL-CIO. When push comes to shove, I’ll always be on the frontlines advocating for unions and ensuring our workers are paid a livable wage.
