Calvert has pushed for cuts to Social Security and Medicare, which would undercut the most successful federal programs in American history and take away your hard-earned benefits.

Rather than putting Californians first, Calvert has been a rubber stamp for Kevin McCarthy and Donald Trump’s MAGA agenda.

But the good news is Calvert is more vulnerable than ever this election, and there’s no one more ready for this fight than my friend Will.

When Will ran in 2022, he outperformed nearly every projection, and he was the sole Democratic challenger in California to win the majority of Independents in 2022. Now, in 2024, I believe that he’s the best-positioned Democrat in California to flip a seat from red to blue.

And when Will gets to Washington, I have no doubt he’ll be a champion to protect and expand Social Security and Medicare. Like me, he knows how urgent it is that we stop the attempts by far-right extremists to strip these critical programs to the bone.

But John: with a race as competitive as this, it also means it’s going to be one of the most expensive in the nation - which is why I’m reaching out:
