Hey John,

A couple of weeks ago, my team sent around a priorities survey so you could share with me what issues are top of mind for you right now. I wanted to follow up with the results of the survey and assure you that your priorities are my priorities, too!

According to our survey, the top three most important issues were climate action, democracy, and health care.

Climate action: I’m working hard to make progress in the fight against global warming by advocating for a united, 50-state solution. Vermont has led the way with electric vehicles, renewable energy, and land preservation, but we can’t do it alone.

Democracy: MAGA Republicans pose a serious, ongoing threat to our democracy. As a member of Congress, I’m on the frontlines of the fight to defend our democracy and hold the line for our values. I’m fighting for truth, transparency, and accountability on behalf of all Vermonters.

Health care: Access to health care should be based on need, not on your job or ability to pay. That’s why I’m a proud supporter of transitioning our country to a single-payer, Medicare for All system that guarantees coverage for every American and puts the health of people over private insurance company profits.

John, I’m fighting like hell for progress on all of these issues in Congress, but I rely on supporters like you to fuel this fight. Will you chip in today to my campaign ahead of the end-of-month fundraising deadline?
