I want to share an update after the results of the Nevada caucuses on Saturday.

Bernie Sanders' win in Nevada puts him on track to emerge from this fragmented field with an insurmountable delegate lead. Mike wasn't on the ballot in Nevada, but he will be on ballots across the country on March 3 -- and it's more clear than ever that Sanders is the opponent to beat.

As Mike says, if we choose a candidate who appeals to a small base it will be a fatal error. We are going to need Democrats, Independents, and Republicans to defeat Trump -- and attacking your own party is no way to get started.

That's why I'm asking you, John, to sign up for a volunteer shift so that we can keep growing our coalition, make a strong showing, and be ready to beat Donald Trump in November.

We know what it takes to win. In fact, last weekend Mike's supporters were out in force -- knocking doors, making calls, texting voters, and talking about the important issues as part of a Weekend of Action across the country. We got some incredible photos showing just how broad this coalition of Americans is. Here are just a few:

That is how we're going to get the job done.

This was never going to be easy -- and the fight is only going to get tougher from here on out. We're expecting to see the attacks ramp up in tomorrow's debate and in the media. But we can't let Sanders take the Democratic nomination, for the simple reason that he can't beat Trump.

America needs a candidate who can unite the country, not deepen our divides. Mike's leadership has been tested and proven, and his path forward is clear. He's the candidate who can beat Trump, and you and I are going to have the honor of saying we helped him do it. So how about it?
