Israelis are confronting a wave of Iranian-backed Palestinian terror, which has killed 34 people this year — already more than any year since the Second Intifada.
In just the past week, three Israelis were killed by Palestinian terrorists, including an Israeli father and his 28-year-old son, and a 42-year-old kindergarten teacher and mother of three who was killed in her car with her 12-year-old daughter in the back seat.
The 12-year-old daughter delivered a deeply moving eulogy at her mother's funeral this week:
"Mom, I want to give you a hug for the last time... This morning we went out for shopping in Jerusalem... I suddenly heard three loud gunshots... You got hurt badly and you weren't awake.... I'm asking from you mom, that you keep me and dad and all of us safe and don't leave me... I love you. I promise you will always be in my heart. And my kids will know what a lioness mom I had."
The father of one of the terrorists — who will now receive monthly stipends through the Palestinian Authority's heinous pay-for-slay program — said he was "proud" of his son. Other Palestinians celebrated the attacks by handing out candies and sweets in the streets.
A new analysis in The Jerusalem Post explains how these "attacks in the West Bank increasingly have Iran’s influence and hand behind them."
This is the tragic reality that Israelis are forced to confront, which is why our work to ensure America stands by our ally Israel remains so critical.
Thank you for all you do to support this important work and to help keep Israel safe.

Iran Unveils New Attack Drone Amid Cooperation With Russia
Russia is producing attack drones for its war in Ukraine with help from Iran, as an Iranian military delegation was in Russia this week to discuss cooperation between Iranian and Russian ground troops.
This week, Iran also unveiled a new advanced attack drone, similar to the U.S. "Reaper" drone, that it claims can strike Israel. Iranian media published videos of the drone emblazoned with the text, in Hebrew and Persian: 'Prepare your shelters' and 'fire is on the way.'
Israeli Supreme Court to Rule on Judicial Reform Law
The Israeli Supreme Court confirmed this week that it will exercise its authority in Israel’s democratic process to hear and rule on the new judicial reform law passed by the Knesset.
Following the passage of the "reasonableness bill" as part of the judicial reform last month, opposition groups filed petitions for the Court to strike down the new law.
On September 12th, for the first time in the court’s 75-year history, the full 15-judge panel will preside over a legal petition, reflecting the critical importance of this matter.
