Celebrate AANHPI Excellence with
OCA Corporate Achievement Awards
We are pleased to announce that the nomination period for the OCA Corporate Achievement Awards is OPEN!
The OCA Corporate Achievement Awards is an annual honor that recognizes AANHPI leaders in the corporate sector who demonstrate excellence, achievement, and leadership in their fields. Established in 1991 by OCA’s Business Advisory Council, the awards are the first of their kind to celebrate Asian American corporate excellence and achievement. Over the course of three decades, roughly 150 corporate leaders and over 30 corporate partners have received honors.
We invite you to nominate an AANHPI employee or colleague who works in your company for this prestigious award. By doing so, you are:
* Demonstrating your company’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, including sponsorship of AANHPI employees, by honoring an AANHPI employee on a national platform
* Recognizing the AANHPI community as well as other national non-profit organizations and public figures
* Providing opportunities for your nominees to develop their leadership skills and network with other AANHPI leaders in various fields
* Encouraging your nominees to get more involved in the AANHPI community
* Enhancing your company’s reputation and brand as an employer of choice for AANHPI talent
The nomination criteria and process is simple and easy. You can nominate any AANHPI employee or colleague who works in your company. You can also nominate more than one person if you wish. You just need to fill out the application BELOW! ⬇️
The deadline for nominations is September 21, 2023. The winners will be announced in October and honored at the OCA Corporate Achievement Awards Reception on November 2, 2023.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to recognize and reward your AANHPI employees or colleague for their excellence and impact. Nominate them today for the OCA Corporate Achievement Awards!
