Last week I wrote to you about Hampton Roads – one of the most competitive regions in Virginia in the upcoming legislative elections. In 2020, voters there elected Joe Biden, right before turning around and electing a Republican governor a year later. Democrats can't take this region for granted, folks.

As a result, Republicans are laser focused on winning in Hampton Roads to turn the region red and expand their majority in the House of Delegates.
