This week Jay Ruais, the only Republican running for Mayor in Manchester, held a press conference to roll-out his proposal to tackled homelessness and crime in Manchester on Tuesday and then decisively won the Mayoral Debate held on Wednesday. He was the only candidate who didn't attack our brave law enforcement officers and is the only one who will protect Manchester's tax cap - all other candidates running, all Democrats, have voted to bust the tax cap in the past.
