In just a few short weeks, we want to launch a major new report on the true cost of replacing and upgrading the UK's nuclear weapons system, Trident.

We hope to have this report ready in time for the upcoming party conference season, to promote to MPs and party activists - to make clear to them just what the true cost of these terrible weapons is. The economic cost, but also the human cost, as Hiroshima and Nagasaki remind us all too clearly.
