I'll be direct: Flipping the Senate comes down to protecting our Democratic incumbents like Tina Smith in Minnesota.

I know it. You know it. But so does everyone from President Donald Trump to Senator Mitch McConnell to their network of right-wing donors. And you bet they'll spend big bucks to defeat Tina and flip her seat.

That's why I'm making sure everyone who supports Tina is focused and committed to doing everything they can to help her win re-election -- well, that and keeping Senator Mitch McConnell as majority leader is simply not an option.

Look, Tina really needs our help right now -- her opponent, Jason Lewis, was handpicked by Trump and is exactly the type of GOP lapdog Mitch McConnell wants in the Senate. We can't let them have their way.
