The integrity of our Supreme Court is in peril. Decades of Clarence Thomas's undisclosed trips, lavish gifts, and suspicious connections have created an alarming pattern of misconduct.
  • Undisclosed gifts and lavish lifestyle: Justice Clarence Thomas has accepted millions of dollars in vacations, gifts, and travel from wealthy right-wing billionaires. These concealed gifts–some from individuals who had direct business before the court–have violated ethical standards.
  • Conflict of interest in major cases: From Bush v. Gore to endorsing Trump's Muslim ban, Thomas' decisions are not merely tainted by conflicts; they're riddled with them. His refusal to recuse himself from cases involving his billionaire benefactors undermine the very integrity of the Supreme Court.
  • Family ties to controversial political movements: Justice Thomas' wife, Ginni Thomas, proudly participated in the Big Lie, pressuring officials to overturn the 2020 election results. She was also tied to anti-abortion lobbying groups that worked to overturn Roe v. Wade, which he ruled in favor of!
Thomas' repeated and deliberate failures to act ethically have helped erode our trust in the Supreme Court. It's more than just about one justice; it's about preserving the very foundation of our judicial system. Congress must act with urgency to check and balance this lawless branch. The time to take decisive action is now.

Sign the petition: Justice Clarence Thomas is riddled with conflicts of interest. He must be impeached.
