Make no mistake about it: The Supreme Court is a super-legislature with a
deeply corrupt and extreme far-right majority.

We all saw Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell pack the Court with three
ultra-conservative justices, each serving life appointments. And during
the short amount of time they’ve been on the Court, they’ve made
horrendous decisions, overturning Roe v. Wade just to name one.

It’s time to do something about it,
John. We can muster our
collective power to call on Congress to add four seats to the Supreme
Court by passing the Judiciary Act. This isn’t a radical idea, and it
doesn't take a constitutional amendment. [ [link removed] ]If you stand with us, please
rush a contribution to our campaign to fix our Supreme Court and
re-instill trust, honor, and integrity in our legislative systems.

Democrats have not prioritized changing the rules and institutions that
act as roadblocks to progress. Take the filibuster for example: A rule not
found anywhere in the Constitution and born out of the Jim Crow era
continues to hold back common-sense bills, basic voting rights
protections, pre-K for all, and more.

Meanwhile, when Republicans found rules that didn’t work in their favor,
they changed them. By shrinking the Supreme Court to eight seats and
ramming through the nomination of the anti-abortion judge Amy Coney Barret
just days before the presidential election – despite blocking Merrick
Garland for that same reason – Republicans were successful at unwinding
the critical fabric of our democracy.

The Supreme Court is an urgent threat to our freedoms, and we need a
proper response,
