It’s back-to-school time and parents across Pennsylvania want to know one thing: How can my child attend the best school suited to their needs?

We need your help to create a waiting list of families interested in applying for Lifeline Scholarships, also known as the Pennsylvania Award for Student Success (PASS) Program, currently being considered by lawmakers in Harrisburg.

Lifeline Scholarships/PASS would help students attending the bottom 15 percent of underperforming schools in Pennsylvania by providing funds for “qualified education expenses,” which include tuition, school-related fees, and special education services fees, at a nonpublic school. Eligible K–8 students would receive $5,000 annually ($2,500 for half-day kindergarten), and eligible recipients in grades 9–12 would receive $10,000 annually that could go toward tuition to attend the school of their choice.

However, for your student to receive a Lifeline Scholarship, lawmakers need to fund the program. That’s why we need to know if your child, or a family you know, could benefit from the Lifeline Scholarship/PASS Program.

The more interest we receive in Lifeline Scholarships/PASS, the better chance there is that lawmakers will fund this vital program.
